Paneer Poha |
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 3 chopped green chillies
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1/3 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 1/3 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- salt to taste
- 2 curry leaves (kadi patta)
- oil for cooking
- 2 tsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Procedure
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- When the seeds crackle, add the onions, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the tomatoes and green chillies, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the paneer, green peas, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the coriander and saute again 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
