This is a bengali delicacy and a good recipe for a pomfret fish lover. It is spicy and tangy.

Butter Pomfret

Ingredients
- 4 Piece Pomfret
- Butter (As Necessity)
- Chat Powder
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- Lemon
- 1 Potato, 50 gm of beans, 1 carrot, 5 large onion, Ginger paste.
Procedure
- Mix the Fish with Salt, Lemon, Chat Powder and Kashmiri Chilli Powder. Marinate it for 3 hours.
- After marinate , fry the fish in a pan with Butter. Butter should be as of when required and depends on one's wish.
- Now in a container boil the beans, potato and carrot.
- In a fry pan, then fry the onion and the boiled vegetables using butter. Place some green chilly on to it.
- In the same place the 2 table spoon onion paste, 1/2 tea spoon ginger paste, salt, sugar(very little) and 2 tea spoon tomato sauce.Place some water on it.
- After that place the fried fishes (Pomfret) in the same.Cook it for 5-10 minutes.
- Before taking out of the container place a little chat masala and black pepper on it.
- Serve with Lemon and salad and enjoy...
