Palak paneer is an Indian dish consisting of spinach and paneer in a thick curry sauce based on pureed spinach. It is a popular vegetarian dish.

PALAK PANEER

Ingredients
- 500 gm Spinach
- 300 gm Panner
- Onion 500 gm
- Garam Masala
- Indian Bay leaf (Tej patta)
- Ginger paste, Onion Paste
- Chilli Powder
- Salt, Sugar (as required)
Procedure
- Take the spinach and extract the leaves from them.
- Paste the spinach leaves in grinder.
- Cut the paneer into small pieces and fry them lightly
- Place refined oil on a pan. Then fry onion (cut into small pieces), garam masala, indian bay leaf (tej pata).
- Then place 1 tea spoon ginger paste, onion paste, chilli powder, salt and sugar (as required) into it.
- Add the spinach paste, panner fry and tomato puree to it.
- Cook them for around 10 minutes.
- Serve it with fresh cream on it.
