classic Chinese dish that is enjoyed by everyone, children in

Chinese Spring Roll

Ingredients
- 200 gm chicken keema
- Onion
- Capsicum
- Cabbage
- Carrot
- Green Chilli
- Ajina Moto
- Vinegar
- Flour 500 gm
- Arrowroot
Procedure
- Boil the chicken keema with salt.
- Fry the onions with capsicum, cabbage, carrot, green chilli paste, Ajina Moto, vinegar. The vegetables should be cut into small pieces. Also fry the Chicken keema in it.
- Mix the flour with butter and paste it. Make them into small portion to enhance them such that it forms a round shape.
- Then place the fried chicken with vegetables in the round shapes flour and wrap them to form a cylinder or roll.
- Mix arrowroot in water. Do not pour much water, as if to make it a paste.
- At both the ends of the roll/cylinder formed, place some flour paste so as to make sure the internal portion of the roll does not come out.
- Deep fry the rolls in refined oil.
- Serve it with salad and roll.
