Ingredients
- 500 Gm Mutton (Boneless)
- 4 Onions Cut into Ring Shaped Pieces
- 2-3 brinjal which is cut into small ring shaped pieces
- 2 Potatoes which is also cut into ring shaped pieces
- Cinnamon (Darchini) 1/2 tea spoon
- Chicken Stock 1/2 Cup - It is a sort of soup
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Salt as required
- Cumin (Golmorich) 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Refined Oil 5 Large Tea Spoon
- Butter 1 Large Tea Spoon
Procedure
- In a pressure cooker, place the oil and butter. After some time add the mutton and fry them with half of the onion mentioned above, till the color is golden.
- Now place some water in the pressure cooker. Add the cumin, salt, cinnamon to the pressure cooker.
- Close the lid of the cooker and boil them.
- After it gets boiled, open the lid, to dry the extra water present.
- In a microwave proved container, place the butter on it.
- Place the brinjal, onion and mix with salt, cumin and cinnamon and make a paste of it.
- Now place half of this paste on the butter coated, microwave cooked container.
- And now place the cooked mutton over this paste, just to make sure that it is a layer.
- The remaining paste over the mutton to make sure there are 3 layers of it.
- On a separate place fry the tomato puree and potatoes with salt and cumin.
- On the microwave proved container, place this puree and potato fry.
- Bake them at 180 degree Celsius for around 2 hours.
- Serve it when hot.
